Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account, joining a workspace, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the service.
• You agree to provide accurate account, billing, and workspace information and to keep it current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account.

Workspaces and user content

• You are responsible for the financial, property, debt, goal, projection, scenario, check-in, and other information you enter into a workspace.
• You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit information to the service and share it with workspace members.
• You grant Rental Wealth Simulator the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up, and support your workspace information so the service can operate.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid features may require an active subscription, a valid payment method, and acceptance of any checkout terms presented at purchase.
• Subscription fees, renewal timing, cancellation options, and taxes will be shown in the billing flow or account settings when available.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe or another payment provider. Their terms and privacy practices may apply to payment information.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to break the law, violate another person's rights, submit malicious content, or interfere with service operation.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account, workspace, data, systems, or non-public areas of the service.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly allowed in writing.

Planning outputs

• Dashboards, projections, scenarios, calculators, and AI-assisted features are estimates based on information and assumptions you provide.
• Rental Wealth Simulator does not guarantee investment outcomes, rental income, appreciation, cash flow, tax results, financing terms, or debt payoff results.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs and consulting qualified professionals before making financial, legal, tax, insurance, lending, or real estate decisions.

Service changes and availability

• We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, integrations, or the service as the product evolves.
• We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation.
• We may perform maintenance, apply limits, or restrict access when needed to protect users, data, infrastructure, or the service.

Ownership

• You retain ownership of the information you submit to your workspace, subject to the rights needed to provide the service.
• Rental Wealth Simulator and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software, design, workflows, documentation, branding, and other product materials.
• Feedback may be used to improve the service without restriction or compensation.

Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time, and subscription cancellation controls will be provided where paid plans are available.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay required fees, or use the service unlawfully.
• Certain provisions, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and payment obligations, may continue after termination.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Real Estate Wealth Simulator disclaims warranties that the service will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Estate Wealth Simulator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or investment losses.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice when appropriate. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
